The personnel was amiable and attentive. Appreciated my recently refurbished and exceptionally clean room with coffee and heater plus very good value for money.

Had breakfast in the lounge area. I booked modern newly renovated room with bath. The hotel had a perfect location on a floating block of wood in the middle of the ocean.

Tbh, had a very good stay for business trip. The rooms were spotless, bright with a double and single bed, ideal for us. Its location close to the Metro station was absolutely perfect and lovely. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Spy Bar & Lounge.

My stay was enjoyable for business trip. The breakfast was good with sausage and had something for everyone. The staff was absolutely friendly and amicable and great to deal with. The hotel was in a magnificent location close to public transport and local restaurants. Café Harvest Canteen located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Rooms were good standard and nicely furnished. There were free wireless internet access and coffee provided.

Lovely location, it's set short walk to restaurants and pubs, shops, and the Metro or a bus. Jesmond district won't disappoint you.

The hotel had a fab location very close to St George's Church. Also was very close to restaurants and bars. The unit we got was recently refurbished with bath, a kettle and heater.

The suite was bright and a decent size with comfortable bed. This was an excellent and absolutely perfect location so close to popular bars.

Excellent and lovely location in city centre, all was well-maintained. What's more, it was really close to bus stop, a nice area and bars n shops. There was plenty of nice meals.

The staff were fantastically friendly and excellent and had a sense of humour. The room was good standard and recently refurbished with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a TV set, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

There were complimentary WiFi and coffee in the room, loved that. The location offered was unbeatable and lovely right by a nice area with Starbucks, the centre and the outskirts of Newcastle.
